Our Team

CS MAYUR DINESH PARMAR is an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Graduate of Bachelor of Commerce and LLB from the University of Mumbai.

Our Team includes
2 Associate Company Secretaries under the premises and having experience of around 4 years post qualification and having knowledge of listed and other closely held public/private companies Compliances and RBI matters.

1 person having experience of more than 8 years in dealing with the ROC Annual Filing in Xbrl mode, filing of various forms and documents off-line and on-line with MCA, preparations of various minutes, forms, registers etc under the Companies Act.

1 Trainee working sincerely and updating themselves with the provisions of the new Companies Act, 2013 as well as Companies (amendments) Act, 2017, following instructions for preparation of various records and registers under the Companies Act, preparation and filing of various forms with the MCA.
